No issues with Banggood shipping, was out of the warehouse on second day. Packaged arrived 2 weeks after order placed, not damaged. For those people that like a project when purchasing a laptop, this is a product that provides hours of entertainment during the setup process. Solving problems is the main objective with great satisfaction once the particular problem is resolved. Every problem needs to be researched on the Internet (using a second working computer) in order to get to the next step of setting up the laptop. The challenge of setting up the laptop with an activated version of Windows 10 (English) was one of the reasons that I purchased this product. And what a great laptop this is. I would recommend this product for that person that wants a project and not just a laptop that can be put to use out of the box (what fun is that). My laptop is now running on an up to date activated English version of Windows 10 with all the drivers installed from the manufactures website and a Bios that is in English. Also retained the activated Chinese version of Windows 10 (Dual boot system). Everything works beautifully, great display, great sound, fast processor. Thank you.
